Jared Connaughton runs under 200m Olympic ‘A’ Standard

OTTAWA- Prince
Edward Island’s Jared Connaughton opened his outdoor season in the 200-metres
at the Bobby Lane Invitational in Arlington, Texas in fine fashion on the
weekend. Connaughton crossed the line in
20.54, just under the Olympic A standard of 20.55 seconds. Connaughton finished third in the race behind
Americans Wallace Spearmon (19.95) and Jeremy Wariner (20.53).
