Athletics Canada would like to inform you that a new show begins tonight, Monday January 28, on CBC. “Countdown to Beijing” is a dynamic and fast-paced half hour magazine program that follows Canadian athletes as they get ready for the Games.
Each week, this show will feature the latest stories on Canadians as they prepare for the Games. The program will also keep viewers up to date on Beijing’s preparations for the Games while providing Canadian and international athlete profiles.
Olympian and recent 2008 Hall of Fame inductee Catriona Le May Doan will host the show along with the CBC’s Scott Russell.
